(a) Candidates (except women/SC/ST/reference disabled candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) will have to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Twenty-Five Rupees) only in cash at any SBI branch or through net banking facility of any bank or Visa/Master/Rupee/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.

(b) No fees for SC/ST/PWBD/Women candidates from any community are charged. No “fee relaxation” is available for General/OBC/EWS male candidates, who must pay the full prescribed fee.

(c) Applications must have the prescribed fee to be considered and be summarily accepted. No representation against such rejection will be considered.

(d) The fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor can the fee be reserved for any other examination or selection.

Instructions and additional information to candidates for recruitment by selection

Citizenship:

A candidate must:

(a) a citizen of India, or

(b) a subject of Nepal, or

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, to settle permanently in India, or

e) A person of Indian origin who has arrived from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam. Intention to settle permanently in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) above is a person in whose favor the Government of India has issued a certificate of eligibility.

How to apply for UPSC Admin Officer Recruitment 2024

i) Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode will only be accepted or summarily accepted.

ii) Candidates must upload documents/certificates supporting all their claims in the application, such as date of birth, experience (preferably in a prescribed format), desirable qualifications, etc. Or any other information, separately for each. How to claim a PDF file. So that the file size does not exceed 1 MB for the respective modules mentioned above, does not exceed 2 MB for the “Upload Other Documents” module, and is readable when printed. For this purpose, the applicant can scan the documents/certificates on a 200 dpi grayscale. Documents include payment receipts, bio-data, appointment letters, relief letters, and unsigned experience certificates. Documents should not be uploaded on the upload module:-

a) Matriculation/10th class or equivalent certificate showing date of birth, or Registration marksheet/10th class or equivalent issued by a Central/State Board showing date of birth in support of age claim. School leaving certificate showing the date of birth (in the case of Tamil Nadu and Kerala) where the date of birth is not available in the certificates/mark sheets issued by the respective educational boards.

b) Degree/Diploma certificate as proof of educational qualification claimed. Without a degree/diploma certificate, a provisional certificate, and mark sheets for all academic courses.

c) Order/letter in respect of equivalent educational qualification claimed, indicating the authority (with number and date) under which such treatment has been made in respect of the equivalent clause in the essential qualification if a candidate is pursuing the merit of a particular claim

f) Declaration in the prescribed format by the candidate seeking reservation as OBC, other than Community Certificate (OBC), that he does not belong to the creamy layer on the crucial date. Unless otherwise specified, the prescribed deadline for receipt of online recruitment applications for the post will be considered the crucial date.

g) Disability certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority to persons with basic disability (PwBD) eligible for appointment to the post based on prescribed medical fitness standards. The competent authority to issue a disability certificate will be a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central Government or a State. The Central/State Government may constitute a Medical Board consisting of at least three members, at least one of whom shall be an expert in the particular field to assess the locomotive.
